Because i want this world to thrive, and i know it takes all of us to make that happen i decided to take it upon myself to put this learning resource into the world to hopefully help anyone interested in really helping themselves actually have the health information that will transform anyones life that implements it.

This is really just a snapshot of my health journey because i could write a book at what has lead me to feel complelled to try and help people who were not lucky enough to dedicate as of writing over 12 years of full time studying 50 hours a week to find out what really makes us sick and what really gets us well.
